• For any purchases above 50 euros, delivery within Lithuania  is free. For purchases less than 50 euros, delivery charges apply. 

• For outside Lithuania delivery charges apply.

• The items will be delivered to the address specified in the order.

• Omniva delivery to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.We will deliver the items to your selected parcel machine.

• Delivery by courier. The courier will deliver the parcel to your home or office address. You will be notified of an incoming shipment by SMS or call. It is important to indicate the exact address, phone number (door code, etc.) in the order form.

• On-site pick-up. 

We also offer a possibility to collect your order in person at Nemuno alpakos HQ in Skirsnemune. You will be able to select this option during the checkout process. Once the order is ready for pick-up we will notify by e-mail.

You can return the purchased item within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. In order for the item to be returned, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
